This Privacy Policy describes how VRLY Ventures LLC, doing business as CUSitez.com ("CUSitez," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of our website at cusitez.com and the CUSitez platform (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, job title, and organization name when you create an account or contact us.
  • Organization Information: Credit union name, address, routing number, and other details you enter into the platform.
  • Content Data: Pages, blog posts, images, documents, forms, rates, team member information, and other content you create or upload through the Service.
  • Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Communications: Messages you send to us through support requests, contact forms, or email correspondence.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken, session duration, and interaction patterns within the Service.
  • Device Information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and screen resolution.
  • Cookies: Session cookies for functionality, preference cookies for settings, and analytics cookies for performance monitoring. See Section 7 for details.

Information from Third Parties

  • Payment Processors: Stripe provides transaction confirmations and payment status updates.
  • AI Services: When you use AI-powered features, relevant context from your account may be processed by OpenAI. See Section 4 for details.

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Process transactions and manage your subscription
  • Create and manage your account
  • Send administrative communications (account confirmations, security alerts, billing notices)
  • Respond to your support requests and inquiries
  • Analyze usage trends to improve the Service
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: Cloud hosting, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and analytics providers who assist in operating the Service, bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • AI Providers: OpenAI, when you use AI-powered content generation features (only when explicitly enabled by you). See Section 4.
  • Legal Authorities: When required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
  • With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share information with a third party.

4. AI-Powered Features

The Service includes optional AI-powered content generation features available on select subscription plans. When you use these features:

  • Relevant context from your account (such as your credit union name, topic, and instructions you provide) may be sent to OpenAI's servers for processing.
  • Organization administrators can disable AI functionality entirely through their dashboard settings.
  • You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing and determining its appropriateness for your organization.
  • AI-generated content is subject to OpenAI's usage policies in addition to these terms.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
  • Secure password hashing
  • Isolated per-tenant database architecture
  • Regular access controls and security reviews

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.


6. Data Retention

  • Active accounts: Data retained for the duration of your subscription.
  • After account termination: You may export your data for 30 days.
  • Deletion: Data is deleted within 90 days of account closure. Backup copies are purged within 180 days.
  • Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.
  • Certain information may be retained longer as required by law or to resolve disputes.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use the following types of cookies:

  • Essential Cookies: Required for the Service to function (authentication, security, session management).
  • Preference Cookies: Remember your settings and preferences.
  • Analytics Cookies: Help us understand usage patterns and improve the Service.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may limit Service functionality.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.


11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries.


12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.


13. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Middlesex County, New Jersey.
